Trend report

The Trend Report expert study is a collective work of all ARTN members and other specialists of real estate market. It is an annual report on the Czech real estate market condition focusing on the actual trends and perspectives of this important sector of economy. It is the unique composition of the team of authors that enables to achieve the multi-directional orientation, high level of expertise, impartiality and extraordinary high value of information provided by the Trend Report.

The Trend Report is prepared by the ARTN task forces. It is an outcome of the efforts of all ARTN members. The first publication of the Trend Report study dates back to June 2002.  Since that time it has been cited both in professional magazines and dailies very often and has become a key publication in the sector. It was issued in Czech-English version in a limited series. It is divided into 7 chapters reflecting the following real estate market structure:

• Retail premises market
  
• Industrial and storage real estate market
  
• Hotel services and tourism
  
• Real estate financing and investments in real estates
  
• Real estate law and taxes

The TREND REPORT gained its unshakeable position as early as upon its first release becoming a prestigious professional publication. ARTN endeavours to permanently improve this expert study and extend it by additional chapters in order to maximize the objectivity and comprehensiveness of the outline of actual real estate market development trends offered to the public.
